As we have known already that we need EQ as well as IQ. But Again, we can find a fact that those 2 things alone aren't really enough. Either good skill or good emotion themselves can't help yet to predict things that will be happened in the future. Also the aim and the motivation frequently go to the wrong way.

Due to those cases, we need spiritual ability or SQ to be there. Spiritual ability is also required. The Bible said that without God, we are nothing.

SQ can be considered as the basic of life, including the basic of our business. So, how should we run the business according to the Bible? Here, we can understand what is really the meaning of "success" or "failure" from God's perspectives.
